Transformation Trail is a Faith-based organization providing additional reentry pathways in support of second chance employers and those they employ. Transformation Trail is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit serving our local communities between Dayton and Cincinnati Ohio.

Our Purpose

Transformation Trail exists to:  reduce recidivism through our personalized reentry programs.  “Mobilizing a Gospel response, Mobilizing Hope”

Transformation Trail endeavors to: support second chance employers by providing services to their employees and ensuring a gospel response in post-incarceration reentry efforts.

Our Vision

The Vision of Transformation Trail is to: bring a gospel response to post-incarceration reentry efforts by tending to needs through a covenant community approach.  Jesus models this vision for us as He connects the tending to community and relationship to a heart that naturally desires to meet the felt needs of His children.
